30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. If you’ve changed your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return for store credit.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and components included.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund may apply.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an issue such as receiving a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping or offer a suitable resolution.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Exchanges & Replacements

Where applicable, we may offer an exchange or replacement instead of a refund. If you’d prefer this option, just let us know when submitting your return request.
